RTC Contracting & Claims was built on a simple idea of bringing the right people together to do meaningful work. What started as a passion for seeing projects come to life has grown into a company focused on helping homeowners while also creating opportunities for the people we work alongside.

Proudly rooted in Texas, we are committed to serving our fellow Texans with honesty, hard work, and a level of care you can count on. We believe great work doesn’t happen by chance. As Vincent van Gogh said, “Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.” That mindset drives everything we do.

Giving back is also a core part of who we are. We donate 1% of every job to local Texas charities, supporting causes based on the needs of our communities.
